Partner with Marketing, Business Development, and Service Line Leaders to improve proposal readiness and competitive positioning.
Oversee the development and maintenance of the content library, case studies, templates, and compliance matrices.
Write, edit, and refine content to ensure clarity, compliance, and compelling client-focused storytelling.
Work closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Service Line Leads to ensure proposal content reflects evolving client needs and market expectations.
Contribute directly to proposal development during priority pursuits, complex submissions, or peak workload periods.
Conduct detailed content reviews of key submissions, offering high-level edits and recommendations to enhance competitiveness.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated leadership experience, including coaching, conflict resolution, and operational oversight.
12-15+ years managing proposal teams or leading complex proposal functions in professional services, engineering, construction management, advisory, or federal procurement environments.
Exceptional writing, editing, and narrative development skills, with a strong understanding of client-centric storytelling.
Deep familiarity with public-sector procurement (federal, provincial, municipal), with exposure to private-sector RFPs considered an asset.
Proven ability to implement process improvements that elevate quality, efficiency, and consistency.
Experience with proposal automation, content management systems, and AI-enabled tools.
