IFS Onboarding Lead

Tasks

-Planning and organising -Support the wider onboarding processes including: -Developing IFS Onboarding processes which support growth and cost reduction targets -Ensuring all elements of the Onboarding Process related to the ERP are completed to a high standard by collaborating with other teams including IT, Technical, Financial & Commercial Asset Management and the Control Centre. -Management of large datasets, including reporting via tools such as PowerBI using APIs -Managing the onboarding of new renewable energy assets into the Asset Management portfolio before they are handed to an Asset Manager -Managing budgets and project costs -Help ensure high HSQE standards across our portfolio -Actively participating in Continuous Improvement, Innovation and Standardisation activities to develop RES services -Support specific future ERP improvement plans

What You Bring

-Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time -Projects and / or Asset Management in a Renewable engineering environment (desirable) -Attention to detail -Degree/HND Engineering, Computing, Science qualifications or equivalent experience -ERP and/ or CMMS systems (IFS desirable) -Project Management qualification or equivalent experience -At least 1 years’ experience of ERP and/or CMMS systems (IFS desirable) -Willingness to learn new systems and skills and the confidence to identify opportunities and deliver to them -Knowledge of any or all renewable technology projects (Wind, Solar & Storage) in either design, construction, or operations (desirable)
