Paint & decorate residential/void properties, handling interior & exterior finishes.

Tasks
-Supporting void property refurbishments and reactive maintenance tasks -Completing job records and documentation accurately and on time -Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations meets specification for the new awaab law. -Communicating professionally with tenants, clients, and colleagues -Applying emulsion, gloss, and specialist finishes with care and accuracy -Conducting snagging and touch-up work following other trades -Preparing and painting internal and external surfaces including walls, ceilings, doors, and woodwork -Maintaining tools, equipment, and company vehicle to a high standard

What You Bring
-Full UK driving license -Experience in the above duties -Wallpapering and decorative detailing where required -Own hand tools required -Proven experience in painting and decorating, including wallpapering -Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality -Experience in Damp & Mould treatments -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Working flexibly to meet deadlines and service expectations -Basic understanding of health and safety practices -Ability to work at height and use ladders safely -Good communication and customer service skills
