Mechanical Site Manager

Overview

Manage installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical building services on site.

Tasks

-Update appropriate information to progress report. -Liaise with main contractors and the client-based site team. -Maintain project quality reporting and monitoring. -Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical building services. -Oversee and manage labour and subcontractors. -Maintaining K&M Document Management System. -On-site coordination of plant hire, tools, and labour. -Conduct inspections and tests to identify and resolve mechanical issues. -Ensure all relevant permits are in place. -Communicate changes to the Project team. -Ensure on-site delivery and compliance of EHSQ, RAMS, PPE etc. -Manage project-specific scheduling. -Order all day-to-day site materials. -Manage relevant external correspondence.

What You Bring

-Computer literate with exceptional interpersonal skills -Previous experience in a Mechanical Supervisor/Manager or similar role -People management experience -Relevant trade qualifications in or further education qualification mechanical building services -Willingness to do some travel if/when required -Minimum of 5 years’ experience
