Design associate providing architectural services for healthcare projects in Orlando.

Tasks

-Review shop drawings for conformance with construction documents -Coordinates with engineering consultants on assigned projects -Responds to contractors RFIs and communications during construction -Applies standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to perform assigned tasks -Assists on other tasks such as preparation of permit applications and project manuals -Visits sites to prepare as-built drawings of existing buildings

What You Bring

-Must be able to perform work-related travel and have a valid driver’s license -Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) from an accredited architectural program -Strong oral and written communication skills -Must be local to GMC office -Experience working on healthcare projects preferred
