Tasks

The Community Marketing Lead is responsible for creating brand awareness and building brand loyalty through community activations. The role focuses on building relations with local relevance and creating meaningful long-term relationships with studios and brand ambassadors to reach new guests & diversify lululemon’s community. -Responsible for building relationships with shopping centers and city studios -Manage the community initiatives related costs ensuring compliance with budget -Build strong professional relationships with Store Ambassadors & Store teams -Stay in compliance with brand standards at all times. -Organize and oversee photoshoots with ambassadors and local athletes in the community. -Being a brand guardian for any community request ensuring smooth communication and implementation of events. -Liaise with and leverage relationships with key players in the local athletic communities/ affiliated studios.

What You Bring

-5+ years’ in marketing or event management. Ideally in the fitness field -Excellent communication Skills -Diploma in business, Marketing or related subject. Bachelor’s degree would be an asset -Must have an active lifestyle
