Tasks

-Conduct metallographic sample preparation and material characterization to evaluate microstructures, phase distributions, and other critical properties. -Ensure precision and reliability of results by maintaining, calibrating, and optimizing analytical instruments and laboratory procedures. -Interpret and report findings through detailed technical documentation, highlighting data trends and providing actionable recommendations. -Perform coating characterization to assess thickness, composition, uniformity, and performance of coatings on diverse materials. -Travel to project sites or client locations as needed to perform on-site analyses, consultations, and troubleshooting. -Collaborate closely with cross-functional R&D and engineering teams, offering technical insights to support material innovation and product development projects. -Utilize analytical techniques including X-ray Diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), X-ray Fluorescence (XRF), and Optical Microscopy for comprehensive material analysis.
