Tasks

-Oversee the day-to-day Maintenance and management of Golding Homes applications and customer portal -Drive the development and delivery of solutions, exploring our options around the extended use of our Microsoft estate, with a particular focus on the use of PowerApps. -Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions to improve user experience and operational efficiency. -Lead and manager a team of Application Development and Support professionals, fostering a collaborative and high performing team environment. -Promote continuous learning and professional development, whilst monitoring the team to ensure a consistent service is provided to the organisation. -Lead a high performing team, providing strategic management, quality assurance, expert guidance and accountability to ensure successful operational delivery. -Ensure the stability, security and efficiency of all applications, including the customer portal, through proactive management and support. -Lead and participate in application-related projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
