Tasks

Collaborate with Legal and Risk Management regarding insurance requirements. Manage third-party insurance verification accounts. Enforce and track subcontractor insurance requirements; maintain current COIs in VISTA and ICA. Produce and publish reports as required. Request and process Owner Insurance certificates, OCP applications, quotes, and policies. Review OCIP manuals, certificates, and calculations. Enter and close out claims in Origami; assist with managing minor claims. Review weekly subcontractor non-compliance reports and clear discrepancies.

What You Bring

Proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Experience with claims administration and Origami data entry preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. 3–5 years of experience in an insurance-related support role. Strong understanding of commercial insurance terminology and concepts. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Risk Insurance Coordinator to join a dynamic and growing organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Risk and Legal teams, ensuring effective management of claims, insurance compliance, and subcontractor documentation across multiple projects. Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills. Associate degree or higher preferred (insurance-related discipline).
