Tasks
-Set targets using DA's and FTA to ensure guidelines, standards, and regulations are met. -Collect key data using equipment such as National Instruments, Instron, and Hioki. -Communicate project status and participate in or lead project meetings, discussions, and development events. -Work in small project teams to meet development targets and schedules by ensuring testing milestones are achieved and coordinating resource needs. -Participate in market quality improvement themes, analyze root causes, and implement corrective measures to support recurrence prevention. -Confirm the quality of new products and components under development through product benchmarking against competitors and market testing. -Confirm customer requirements and quality with prototypes and pre-production samples. -Generate and develop new ideas to improve competitiveness through competitor research and creating new product features and technologies.

What You Bring
-0-5 years of engineering experience, preferably in Power Products or Powersports. -Strong ability to adapt to developing various CBU platforms. -Effective communication skills with staff and management. -Ability to create factory control point documents. -Competency in failure mode analysis. -Proficiency in various data logging hardware/software (Hioki, National Instruments). -Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field. -Proficiency in DiAdem data analysis software or similar. -Confidentiality in operations. -Ability to complete test requirements and submit them for checking and completion. -Competency in test cell/bench concept and fabrication methods.
