The Role
Overview
Administrative support for multiple teams, handling diary, travel, invoices, and client communication.

Tasks
-Prepare and issue tax invoices and purchase orders and manage accounts payable, client billing and debtors -Assist with the preparation of submissions, Information Memorandums (IMs), Electronic Direct Mail (EDM), and other marketing collateral -Provide meeting and event support to the team, organise client meetings and functions -Provide timely and quality administrative services across a variety of teams, effectively managing competing priorities and responding to varying levels of urgency. -Maintain and update administration systems, procedures and methods -Respond to client enquiries on behalf of team members, ensuring professional and timely communication. -Assist with general administrative tasks as required, including supporting internal audits and risk management. -Provide diary management, travel coordination, expense and credit card reconciliation

What You Bring
-Experience with Canva will be viewed upon favourably -Exceptional attention to detail is essential -Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise, problem-solve and take initiative. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Real Estate experience is preferable but not essential -Resilient with the ability to work well under pressure -Advanced Microsoft Office skills -Previous experience in a similar Administration role
