Tasks

For this role, you will support CAG’s airport development and engineering related functions. These functions are responsible for the construction of the future Terminal 5 and all engineering related needs of Changi’s current four terminals. -Provide advisory on people-related policies and guidelines and work closely with line managers in developing solutions -Facilitate regular dialogues on key HR initiatives and general advisory on career matters. -Support key employee life cycle events such as onboarding, performance management, manpower planning in close partnership with line managers

What You Bring

At least 3 years’ experience in any HR/people/organization development-related discipline. A good bachelor's degree in any discipline. Mature and proactive team-player who is able to manage and engage different stakeholders, including senior enterprise leaders Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship building and consulting skills.
