Accounts Officer

Overview

Handle daily accounting, month‑end close, invoices and BAS for Mammoet Australia.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Raising internal group and external invoices -Managing and processing credit card transactions -Assisting with month end close, journal entries and monthly reconciliations -Performing general administrative and accounts-related duties as needed -Performing bank reconciliations and uploads -Preparing Business Activity Statements (BAS) returns -Processing employee expense claims -Supporting internal and external audit activities

What You Bring

-Experience working within an ERP accounting system (SAP experience highly regarded) -The ability to show initiative and work independently -Strong attention to detail and high accuracy -Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel -Previous experience working in similar role
