Tasks

-Uphold safety standards and enforce quality control measures to maintain project portfolio excellence -Drive project closeout and handoff to Asset Management from the Project Management team by ensuring projects are meeting utility requirements for interconnection, managing subcontractor closeout, completing commissioning and testing, and developing of turnover packages -Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholders -Ensure subcontractor compliance with contractual obligations, safety standards, and quality benchmarks -Manage timelines and resources across project management -Oversee and track project financial performance, identifying and mitigating financial risks and optimizing opportunities. Responsible for portfolio P&L. -Collaborate with Procurement to ensure material delivery timelines adhere to project schedules. -Oversee and track project schedule performance against baseline schedules, ensuring accountability among teams -Drive portfolio level project management by leading the planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery of all solar EPC projects from NTP through completion -Monitor project performance metrics. Monitor KPIs to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and customer satisfaction -Collaborate with Engineering to ensure designs are completed and permits are acquired in line with project schedules -Lead Project Management teams, offering mentorship and support to managers and staff setting clear and measurable goals for direct reports -Collaborate with the construction management team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality field execution, with a focus on schedule adherence, site coordination, and material delivery oversight -Drive cost control and risk mitigation through effective subcontractor management -Supervise the effective utilization of Solar Landscape’s Business Applications Platform by ensuring timely data entry, and accurate reporting

What You Bring

-Proven leadership experience managing a large pipeline of projects -8+ years of experience in project management within the solar or broader EPC or energy industries -Budgeting & Financial Acumen -Strong understanding of solar technologies, engineering, permitting, interconnection, and utility coordination -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field -Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
