Tasks

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Buyer, based in Leicester. The Purchasing Buyer will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, creating and monitoring purchase orders, and ensuring procurement efficiency. Key tasks include vendor communication, maintaining optimal product availability, and analyzing purchasing trends to support business objectives. The role requires collaboration with various internal teams to meet quality and cost targets.

What You Bring

-Strong knowledge of Purchasing Processes and experience in creating and managing Purchase Orders. -Experience or qualifications in supply chain management or a related field are advantageous but not essential. -Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. -Experience in Purchasing and procurement management, with a focus on maintaining product quality and availability. -Proficiency with relevant software and tools. -Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise with vendors and internal teams. -Proficiency in Analytical Skills for monitoring purchasing trends and ensuring cost efficiency.
