-Communicate effectively with hospital stakeholders and manage vendor performance -Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff -Support emergency preparedness, site inspections, and safety compliance -Lead and coordinate daily operations of ACMV and mechanical systems -Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities

What You Bring

-3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare or critical environments -Strong technical knowledge in ACMV systems (Chillers, AHUs, VRV, BMS, etc.) -Excellent communication and leadership skills -GMAP or SCEM certification is a plus -Degree in Mechanical Engineering
