What You Bring

-A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. -Strong technical skills and familiarity with estimating software (CostX a plus). -5+ years of estimating experience (8+ preferred). -Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. -Ability to guide teams toward best-value decisions. -Deep knowledge of commercial construction systems and materials. -Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving.
