Tasks

- Ensure properties comply with all regulations, standards, and corporate governance requirements. The Director Property Management is responsible for the overall leadership, strategy development, and efficient execution of property management company operations. The role ensures optimization of assets, maximization of returns, tenant satisfaction, team performance, and compliance with corporate as well as regulatory standards. - Manage risk and ensure business continuity through robust planning and controls. - Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and service excellence. - Monitor performance indicators, financial results, and key operational metrics; report on business performance to leadership. - Lead the end-to-end operations of property and facilities management, including leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial performance. - Drive business growth by identifying new revenue streams, building client relationships, and fostering operational excellence. - Develop and implement business plans, budgets, and policies for the property management division in alignment with corporate objectives. - Oversee tenant acquisition and retention strategies to ensure high occupancy and client satisfaction. - Represent the company in industry forums, public events, and with key stakeholders. - Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team; ensure continuous improvement in staff competency and morale. - Oversee vendor relationships and contract negotiations to achieve cost-effective and high-quality services. - Resolve critical escalated issues from tenants, clients, and regulatory authorities.

What You Bring

- Relevant industry certifications are an advantage (e.g., RICS, CPM, PMP). - Expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management, and governance. - Minimum 15 years of experience in property management or real estate operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. - Proven strategic planning and financial management capabilities. - Deep knowledge of property management best practices, market trends, and building technologies. - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred. - Outstanding negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities. - High integrity, adaptability, and a results-driven approach. - Proficiency in property management software and MS Office suite. - Strong leadership, people management, and change management skills.
