What You Bring

-Person needs to be a LEED AP certified professional experienced in obtaining LEED’s certification for industrial buildings. -Extensive experience with large-scale water-cooled chillers is preferred. -Project Delivery Methods - Traditional Design-Bid-Build and Alternative Conceptual-Bid-Build. -This position would require working in a typical office environment. The position may entail prolonged periods of sitting and computer use, and the professional would ideally be able to maintain focus and attention to detail throughout the workday. The position may also be require physical tasks during site visits, including crouching, grasping, and standing/walking for extended periods of time. -SMACNA Standards -Sustainable Design/LEED - Application of sustainable strategies -Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) -Computer generated HVAC Heatloads, energy modeling and HVAC equipment sizing -Bluebeam Revu -Systems – HVAC and Plumbing. -International Codes Council (ICC) Suite of Codes
