Tasks

-Leading efforts to create suitable execution models of unprecedented large EPC projects, including NPD content and partnerships with external companies. -acting as innovator, creating execution models suitable of large EPC projects, including NPD content and partnerships with external companies -driving your team and engaging all supporting functions as needed to smoothly execute in compliance with the contractual commitments -Covering all project development phases including conceptual and FEEDs. Working to prepare suitable DORs for effectively working with partners, orchestrating collaboration initiatives with third parties and developing new processes to harmonize systems and procedures -Testing and validation of an equipment, facility or plant in accordance to the design objectives or specifications for operational use. - includes Performance Services, Performance tests -making sure that project financials, on-time delivery and quality excellence meet and exceed targets -being the to-go person for project stakeholders and a guide to get opportunities out of challenges and unpredictable changes -addressing and resolving any project related matters, from reporting status at all levels, to risks mitigation, to project close out.

What You Bring

-Be ready to spend up to 35% of working time travelling on jobs as required by business -Be able to travel internationally to visit customers or Baker Hughes locations -Have excellent oral and written communication skills, be fluent in English and master presentations at executive level -Have good background in Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, Compressor technologies as well as in energy transition technologies such hydrogen, carbon capture, geothermal and energy storage -Have a project management certification from accredited institute (eg. PMP, IPMA) -Be proficient in managing project financials, including revenues, contribution margin and cash -Have an entrepreneurial attitude and display solid behavioral, influencing and leadership skills -Have a thorough knowledge of T&Cs glossary and dynamics, including contractual provisions, risks, claims and remedies management -Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 4+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably for large EPCs companies
