Tasks

-Responsible for posting recurring payment for the Midsouth region -Responsible for Materials Marine AP payments -Works closely with AP and PO department to help with problems/errors -Concur administrator responsible for customizing system settings, providing user training, generating reports, and ensuring compliant financial operations for Midsouth region -New/change vendor verifications and approvals -Daily check run and APUI pulls approvals -P-card administrator responsible for card issuance, transaction monitoring, policy compliance and reporting for Midsouth region -Month-end involvement for AP related activities, p-cards and MUC

What You Bring

-Associates degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent in a combination of experience, training and education -Must be able to multi-task, be detailed oriented and possess strong organizational skills. -Knowledge of accounting software, database software, and internet software. -Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. -3-5 years of previous experience in accounting functions -Knowledge of general financial accounting -Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite -Must communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the company.
