Junior engineer providing technical support, commissioning, and troubleshooting of solar inverters.

Tasks

Regular follow-ups on the technical issues and build a healthy relationship with installer & retailers. Responsible for the tele- and on-site technical support and post sales support. Commissioning, troubleshooting, firmware/hardware updating of PV string, Hybrid / storage inverter and BESS. Evaluating PV plant performance by studying operation data on a regular basis Pro-actively work with installers & retailers and provide them best-in class customer experience. Reporting and following up with head office in relation to product failure with clear descriptions

What You Bring

The ability to learn new technologies quickly Preferred minimum 1 year of working experience in the solar industry especially dealing with product trouble shootings Excellent communication skills Strong Microsoft office skills Adapt to frequent travel Reliable and self-motivated Ability to work effectively in a team environment, Goodwe has a dedicated team for Australia and New Zealand and are looking for a Junior Engineer to join the team, in-line with the company growth. This position is flexible in Australia with periods working from home and occasional travel. This role would suit a recent university graduate or someone early in their career and looking for a position that could grow over time. Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong ability to analyse and solve problems independently. Driving license required. Bachelor degree or above: must be electrical or electronics background.
