Tasks

-Lead the design life cycle, from initial concept through to final delivery -Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions where necessary -Review and approve design proposals, drawings, and technical documentation for accuracy and compliance. -Provide technical guidance and problem-solving -Leading a design team and mentoring others -Overseeing design stages, coordinating with architects, fire engineers and other colleagues -Ensuring projects meeting critical deadlines

What You Bring

You will ideally have 5+ years in cladding/facade design management and it would be adventurous to have fire remediation experience. -Understanding of fire safety regulations, cladding systems, and materials used in envelope cladding
