Tasks

-Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, niche job boards, referrals, and in-person networking events such as job fairs and industry meetups. -Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and alignment with company culture. -Stay current on industry trends, firm news, and project pipelines. -Provide career consultation, offering honest advice, market insights, and strategic guidance to help candidates navigate their job search effectively. -Ensure transparent communication by delivering timely feedback to both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process. -Engage in community outreach through partnerships with philanthropic organizations. -Match qualified candidates to suitable job opportunities and submit their profiles to hiring managers. -Coordinate interviews and support candidates with preparation, including portfolio reviews, presentation tips, and interview coaching.
