The Role

Overview

Assist in commercial HVAC installation, maintenance, and repairs, supporting technicians.

Tasks

-Troubleshoot installation issues and resolve on-site challenges -Maintain tools and submit expenditures promptly -Apply pipefitting, brazing, and soldering techniques -Perform routine maintenance and part replacements -Adhere to safety protocols and wear required PPE -Travel as needed for training and service calls -Support HVAC system installations and replacements -Communicate effectively with clients and team members -Climb ladders while carrying up to 30 lbs. -Ensure accurate measurements and fittings

What You Bring

-3–5 years of HVAC experience, especially in system installations -Strong customer service and communication skills -Familiarity with HVAC tools and equipment -EPA Certification (required) -Subject to drug, background, and driver’s license checks -High school diploma or GED -Lift up to 75 lbs. and work in confined spaces -Travel and overtime flexibility required -Record work in service management systems -Physical fitness and manual dexterity -Tech Tools: Company-issued cellphone and tablet -Ability to follow instructions and work independently -Completion of a relevant apprenticeship (preferred)
