Tasks
-During high-traffic holiday periods, the position is scheduled according to Company standards; the supervisor must approve schedules -Treats everyone with respect and dignity, accepts responsibility and takes ownership of tasks, follows through on commitments, takes initiative and maintains confidentiality -Treats all current and future residents with the highest level of concern and care; demonstrates a natural disposition towards personal and public safety; operates from a place of integrity, honesty, and ethics -Leasing Managers will be scheduled according to Company guidelines and standards and must approve their schedules with their supervisor

What You Bring
-Ability to function well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment -Able to move about the property to perform assigned tasks and responsibilities, including sitting or standing for extended periods, walking, and climbing stairs to perform functions in various weather conditions and variable climates -A minimum of 2 years of residential property management experience with a proven track record in leasing or sales plus a minimum of 1 year of experience supervising others -You will work full-time, generally on the busiest days of the week, including Fridays and Saturdays weekly (and at least one Sunday a month) and on Holidays, during peak business hours, including at least one closing shift weekly -Previous property management experience with a proven track record in leasing or sales required -Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet goals and deadlines -Natural disposition for sales and understanding of sales techniques and processes -Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software -A high school diploma or GED is required; an undergraduate degree preferred -Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write and speak clearly and free of typos or grammatical mistakes -General office environment, ability to lift or move items weighing up to 10 pounds -Must work on the heaviest traffic days of the week, including Fridays and Saturdays weekly (and Sundays on an as-needed basis) and Holidays during peak business hours, including at least one closing shift weekly -Able and willing to maintain regular attendance and punctuality to ensure all essential duties are fulfilled

-The Company provides at least 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave per year in states with no state mandate. **To be eligible for holiday pay, employees must have completed 90 days of employment and worked the last scheduled day before and the first day after the holiday. -In addition to a competitive hourly rate, this position is eligible to earn commissions. Based on property performance, commissions range from $25.00 to $100.00 per new move-in and are paid monthly in arrears. -We offer many benefits to meet your needs, including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance options. The company provides auto-enrollment in its 401(k) plan after 60 days of employment. New employees accrue 40 vacation hours in the first year and earn paid sick leave per state requirements*.
