-Collaborate with specialist teams to develop new tools and procedures within wastewater modelling, enhancing our expert solutions. -Provide technical leadership for urban drainage modelling projects. -Line manage and mentor junior team members, supervising their technical outputs. -Plan and coordinate project delivery, including cost estimation. -Develop and deliver innovative technical solutions for stormwater overflows, water quality management, developer assessments, flood investigations, and more.
