Tasks

-Process project billings, monitor accounts receivable and properly code vendor invoices -Support project closeout processes, including final billings and project financial analysis -Support audit activities by providing required documentation and explanations for project financials -Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and variance reports -Oversee project materials and equipment tracking -Oversee Project SOVs and change order accounting -Perform regular account reconciliations and work with Project Managers to resolve discrepancies -Assist in preparing project-related financial reports for management -Collaborate with project teams to gather relevant financial data and ensure compliance with company policies

What You Bring

-Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel -3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in construction -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities -Excellent organizational and time management skills -Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field -Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
