Full‑time residential/commercial cleaner at Tallaght, Dublin.

Tasks

-Adhere to lost property procedures. -Actioning of requests from Management and Property Teams in a timely and efficient manner. -Clean glass and window areas. -Maintain all tools and equipment. -Ensure all Health and Safety procedures are adhered to within the Department. -Maintaining all public areas in Commercial and Residential Properties. -Assist other departments on busy days and complete any other duties as request by the department Supervisor or Manager to meet business demands. -Report any complaints to the Maintenance Manager. -Dust and clean doors and window/door sills and ledges. -Dust/Clean/straighten furniture and table fixtures. -Reporting any maintenance issues to the Maintenance Manager. -Maintain storerooms and chemical room and ensure these are kept neat and tidy. -Wipe and dust surfaces. -Empty and wipe down waste bins. -Maintain clear and concise communications with all departments and management regarding issues at assigned properties.

Requirements

What You Bring

-Full Drivers licence with own transport -Be physically fit - use of buffing machine / carpet washer will be required -Previous experience as a cleaner (however training can be provided for the right person) -Excellent attention to detail -Vacuum carpets and mop floors. -Good at working on own initiate -Ability to multitask -Adapt well to a fast paced environment -Works well on own initiative. -Sweep tiles or hardwood floor areas. -Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment an advantage however training can be provided. -Excellent communication skills
