Tasks

➤ Review and prepare the L/C, prepare docs under LC terms ➤ Review, select carriers and negotiate contract and best rates to control logistics costs achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction ➤ Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs/shipping quotes and efficiency ➤ Prepare all the necessary documents required for smooth transit of the products from the origin to desired destination ➤ Liaise with the warehouse team to check on the availability of the products ➤ Monitor the end to end procedure in export/import i.e. from paper removal to handover of Shipment to import i.e. from receiving instruction to receiving goods to our warehouse or the given destination and ensure compliance with company and legal requirement ➤ Carry out the necessary documentation and system updating ➤ Follow up for Exit Documents and timely submission to the customs authority ➤ Coordinate with ports, customs, RTA and concerned government departments to ensure the transition of product is unhampered

What You Bring

✔️ 1 year RTA experience ✔️ Strong sense of time management and urgency ✔️ 1 year JAFZA experience preferable ✔️ Quick learner with multi-tasking ability and adapt to a variety of challenges ✔️ Experience in vehicle registration ZOOMLION is currently seeking for a highly skilled and motivated LOGISTICS SPECIALIST to join our team and contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations. ✔️ Good written and verbal communication skills ✔️ Experience filing, experience processing shipments using UPS and FedEx software basic proficiency with MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Google Docs, Sheets and Slides ✔️ 4+ years relevant UAE experience in logistics operations ✔️ 3+ years of shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, inventory management, and import/export operations experience ✔️ Good understanding of Custom clearance, Compliance, Shipping documents, Supplier Negotiation, LCs, Knowledge of INCO terms ✔️ Able to work independently and within a team
