Tasks
-Researching design and execution strategies for deploying robotic technologies in Construction. -Driving solution development throughout the entire technology readiness lifecycle (TRL1-8). -Engaging internally and externally with a diverse group to maximize innovation and implementation. -Contributing to the development of robotic solutions from identification to proof-of-concept demonstration ensuring they align with business goals -General - The Robotics Research and Development Solution Strategist will support the development of robotics initiatives in the construction industry, by advancing concepts from pilot stages to full-scale adoption on active construction sites. -Ensure all research and development activities comply with industry standards and regulations -Developing and executing solution schedules for development and testing. -Participating as a member of a dedicated team of SMEs in developing and executing the technology roadmap, including identifying and addressing gaps -Tracking and reporting solution development progress.

Utilizes critical thinking skills to identify appropriate actions for progressing initiatives. Collaborates efficiently with colleagues while supporting creative processes of others; participates in productive brainstorming sessions and develops potential ideas that align with the company's overall vision. -Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously -Requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-13 years of relevant work experience. -Experience with intellectual property and patents. -Broad knowledge of industrial business sectors to identify synergies. -Advanced Engineering, Construction, or Technology Degree. -Experience with Agile development practices. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. -Creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions and overcome technical challenges -Proactive Communicator – Leads by influencing others, rather than relying on authority. -Basic knowledge and understanding of Construction Industry.
