Tasks

-Support industrialisation and standardisation across manufacturing sites to enhance SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) -Utilize continuous improvement techniques using tools such as Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Lean methodologies -Use digital data analytics for performance improvement and data-driven decision-making -Apply structured problem-solving methods like 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams, and FMEA to resolve production issues -Play a key role in improving wind turbine blade manufacturing processes, with a focus on infusion operations -Analyse current and future states of the infusion process and develop process and material requirements

What You Bring

-Solid understanding of epoxy resin, fiberglass, carbon fiber, and other materials used in blade production -3–5 years of experience in similar process engineering roles -Skilled in formulating process requirements and specifications -Demonstrated ability to optimize and standardize using Lean and Six Sigma tools -Advanced skills in process design and optimisation, particularly in blade infusion and general manufacturing -Experienced in using structured problem-solving tools like 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams, and FMEA -Certified in Green Belt Six Sigma or advanced manufacturing process analysis -Experienced in creating process flows and conducting data analysis -Skilled in data-driven decision-making and applying Statistical Process Control and Six Sigma -Familiar with working in data-driven organisations -Motivated to gain knowledge in composite materials such as fiberglass and epoxy resins -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field -Willing to engage directly in factory environments to understand and resolve production challenges
