Develop resource loaded schedules, including lists of activities, major milestones, critical approvals, long lead procurement items and other critical project deliverables to be scheduled and tracked for the project.
Gain and apply knowledge of engineering, procurement, and construction terminology to develop and maintain critic path logic networks and accumulate/access historical data for use in maintaining realistic future planning and forecasting.
Provide guidance, direction, and specialized assistance for the resolution of difficult project control problems.
Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.
Assist in the management of internal controls including implementing new process controls, measuring the project’s performance, reporting on project status, and ensuring the integrity and validity of internally and externally disseminated information.
Collaborate effectively with various project teams, field personnel, and clients to create accurate reports and achieve goals under deadline.
Provide scheduling analysis for delays and impacts to identify and mitigate project risks.
Develop and maintain schedule logic and constraints, realistic activity durations, available manpower, and resources.
Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required.
Attend regular meetings and give statistical reports as needed.
