Monitor and report on integration progress, highlighting potential risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies
Establish, implement, maintain, and audit a project specific Operational Readiness Plan which details the approach to ensuring the operational readiness of the Works to be put into operation in accordance with the requirements of the Contract.
Establish, implement, maintain, and audit a project specific Asset Management, Maintenance and Handover Plan
Ensure all integration activities comply with relevant standards, regulations, and project requirements
Coordinate with the commissioning team to validate system functionality
Identify and manage interfaces between various project components (e.g. civil works, track, signalling, power, communications)
Maintain accurate records of integration activities, decisions, and changes
Oversee the integration of technical systems, ensuring compatibility and functionality across all components
Support the testing and commissioning phases to ensure integrated systems meet performance and operational requirements
Develop and implement an integration strategy and plan for the project
Act as the primary point of contact for integration-related issues
Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of project deliverables

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
Proven ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders in complex project environments.
Experience in testing, commissioning, and operational readiness (highly desirable).
Familiarity with Victorian rail industry standards and practices (highly desirable).
5–10 years of experience in rail projects, with demonstrated expertise in integration and interface management.
Strong knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and compliance frameworks.
