What You Bring

-Have a business or business-related background, with a good knowledge of commercial procedures and experience of working with clients. -Currently working or have worked with a Client Relationship Management tool, preferably Microsoft Dynamics365. -Experience of prioritising and handling multiple service desk requests -Have experience of creating PowerBI dashboards when analysing data.
