Overview

Lead waste & cleaning team, manage staff, schedule work, and perform cleaning tasks

Tasks

-Undertake planning, goal setting, task, and resource allocation for the team, to ensure a program of works are completed effectively. -Work alongside a team member to complete daily works such as litter picking, pressure washing, amenities cleaning within the public domain. -Mentor new starters and others within the team. -Ensure completion of all necessary administration functions. -Undertake the day-to-day management of staff and their assigned tasks.

What You Bring

-Previous experience leading a team in an operational environment. -Ability to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances -Strong communication skills -White card -Current MR Driver’s license -Ability to undertake the physical requirements of the role. -Ability to manage and coordinate daily work schedules
