Remote recruiter handling high‑volume hiring, bilingual, for facilities services.

Tasks

-Answer inbound calls and emails with recruitment queries. -Update candidate statuses with correct notes and updates in ATS (ADP Workforce Now). -Determine whether candidates are qualified for a position and make recommendations for hire or extend offers. -Conduct phone interviews with candidates and take detailed notes during their interview. -Collaborate with hiring managers and the rest of the recruitment team in a remote setting. -Use best practices when speaking with candidates and making recommendations for hire. -Call applicants and sourced candidates to review job openings and schedule for interviews. -Abide by various internal processes and practices to ensure efficiency and legal compliance. -Source passive candidates through online databases.

What You Bring

-Previous hybrid or remote experience. (preferred) -Experience with recruitment processes, ATS, and online databases. -Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks and work well with minimal supervision. -Located in Las Vegas or Chicago. (required) -Able to collaborate and work well in a remote team setting. -Able to travel for in-person training in Tampa, FL. (required) -The ability to conduct different types of interviews. -Authorized to Work in the US - We Use eVerify -Associate's degree in any field. (preferred) -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. -Bi-lingual English/ Spanish. (required) -Proven customer service skills with the ability to answer questions. -1+ year(s) of experience in high-volume recruiting, ideally in a service industry. (required)
