Tasks

-Oversee project construction to monitor compliance with contract, building codes, and safety regulations. -Participate in development and delivery of project proposals. -Assist preconstruction with estimates and detailed project plans. -Participate in and/or drive scope comparisons, vendor selections, and contract administration. -Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks. -Champion the project turnover from preconstruction to construction. -Perform project reviews to ensure that projects are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards. -Provide status reports regarding project milestones, budget, deliverables, deficiencies, risks and issues.

Projects are generally outside of the local area and traveling will be required. -Verifiable experience as a Project Manager may be substituted for a degree or a combination of education and verifiable experience. -Ability to travel is required. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required. -Strong organization, leadership, negotiation, and delegation skills are required. -Proven ability to develop lasting, positive customer relationships. -Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and excellent presentation skills are required. -Valid Driver’s License required. -Must be able to interact effectively and diplomatically with diverse people, both on an individual basis as well as within group situations.
