Tasks
-Customer Engagement: Host customers at the regional branch, providing walkarounds, finalising deals, and ensuring a seamless collection experience. -Collaboration: Work closely with the regional field sales team and Cat Financial Services to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction. -Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new opportunities, ensuring target revenue and appointment goals are met. -Marketing & Campaigns: Actively promote marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to drive sales and customer interest. -Sales & Lead Conversion: Proactively make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, converting inbound leads into sales across new and used machinery, attachments, and service packages. -CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer records, machine population data, and account details to support marketing initiatives and repeat business.

What You Bring
-Understanding of database marketing -Proactive outbound B2B sales skills with a professional telephone manner -Experience in machinery sales desirable (Plant, Agriculture, or Automotive) -Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and KPIs -Excellent communication and customer service capabilities -Strong interpersonal and organisational abilities -Innovative and analytical thinker -Proficiency in CRM systems and PC applications
