Tasks

Audience & Insight Synthesis: Conduct deep-dive audience research and social listening to uncover insights that inform content strategy, brand positioning, and new market opportunities. Understand the customer journey across social touchpoints. Content Architecture& Innovative Trends: Determine the strategic role of each platform (e.g., TikTok for top-funnel awareness & talent branding, Instagram for community & commerce). Define the content pillars and narrative for each. Lead pilot programs to test and scale new opportunities. Mentorship: Provide guidance and strategic direction to junior social media team members and content creators. Paid & Organic Integration: Work seamlessly with the Performance Marketing team to develop and budget for paid social strategies that amplify organic efforts, target new audiences, and achieve specific conversion objectives. Develop Holistic Strategy: Craft, document, and implement a comprehensive, integrated social media strategy that defines our role, content mix, and goals for each relevant platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).

What You Bring

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Social Media Strategist to define, lead, and evolve our cross-platform social media presence. This role is paramount in shaping how our brand shows up in the digital world. You will be the owner of the social media roadmap, moving beyond daily execution to develop integrated strategies that align with our business objectives across brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and revenue. -4+ years of experience in social media marketing, with at least 2 years in a strategic or leadership role focused on multi-platform planning. -Expert-level knowledge of the evolving social media landscape, including algorithm changes, platform best practices, and the nuances of their respective audiences. -Demonstrated experience with social media budgeting and paid social amplification. -Strong analytical prowess with experience using social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Sprout Social), social analytics platforms, and web analytics (Google Analytics) to derive insights.
