You will train people in the BU SCM LOM 3.0 processes as needed and recommend modifications to the process owner, build continuous improvement capability through training and implementation of ITM and SCM tools and methods, identify gaps, focus on training and coaching others to build capabilities on the tools and methods to drive process transformation, use existing and propose new surveys to monitor the engagement levels and quantify the SCM organization maturity level, drive best practices sharing and learning across HUB.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
You will represent SCM in S&OP, SOTD, and CELONIS forums, in collaboration with all sub-functions, drive optimization of KPI’s around supplier performance (OPQ, on-time delivery, supplier lead time, supplier’s base management, qualification, classification, SCRM, single and sole source elimination, supplier sustainability, and function financial performance), improve accuracy of MDF data by organizing training sessions for P&F and Engineering and develop and implement new KPI’s to measure the effectiveness of continuous improvement initiatives.
You will develop and own the “forecasting tool”, develop and own the “competitive bidding process”, review PIR processes and propose changes if any (four eyes principle etc.), own role out of Resilinc tool for APMEA (SCRM process improvement including KPI’s and dashboards), develop the Dynamic Evolution process, develop the CIPS process, ensure data integrity and accuracy across all SCM tools and systems collaborate with IT to ensure seamless integration and functionality of SCM tools.
You will harmonize SAP/Hana practices, SAP Ariba processes related to SCM, SQ & TT&L activities across the plants and prior to factory onboarding, in alignment with the BU SCM, implement, facilitate the design, maintenance, and monitor IT tool landscape. Create dashboards for each key role in the organization, identify improvement opportunities on tools, implement and communicate to the Hub SCM team.
You will establish an annual digital tools roadmap and linked actions, own the design, maintenance and monitoring of the Hub SCM strategy documents, represent SCM in factory benchmarks and lead the analysis, suggest and facilitate cost out and productivity projects across the business connected to tools and processes, structure, collect and organize information and make related summaries, overviews, reports and success stories to be used by the SCM team as communication with relevant stakeholders.

Proven experience in supply chain management, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
You hold a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, IT or a related field.
