The Role

Overview

Manage and resolve breaches in customer units, recover redevelopment estates.

Tasks

You will manage customers whose units have existing breaches which need to be regularized. This includes engaging customers and other relevant stakeholders and finding solutions to address such breaches and monitor such cases until they are regularized or addressed. -Revising current process in identifying and resolving breaches. -recover units in estates earmarked for redevelopment; and -Developing alternative approaches to helping these customers address their breaches; and -follow-up on cases which require rectification of breaches within customers’ units.

What You Bring

-Ability to work independently and in a team construct -Prior experience in facilities management or real estate. -Resourceful, problem solver and able to multi-task -Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience with keen interest in the Real Estate industry and engaging SMEs/micro-SMEs -Positive attitude and resilient -Strong interpersonal and communication skill
