  • Partner with HR, Operations, Finance and other departments to support change communications, employee engagement, and organizational updates.
  • Monitor engagement and feedback to continuously improve communication effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with US leadership and US Head of Marketing to craft and execute a regional internal communications strategy that aligns with our global vision and values.
  • Lead the redesign and content strategy for our SharePoint-based intranet, ensuring it is intuitive, engaging, and informative for all US employees.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in internal communications.
  • Work with our Global Head of Internal Communications and be part of a global internal communications community to ensure our regional messaging aligns and amplifies our global messaging strategy.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, drafting key messages, leadership updates, and scripts for internal videos and presentations.
  • Create and manage a communications calendar to ensure timely, relevant, and consistent messaging across all internal channels.

  • Experience managing or designing intranet platforms (SharePoint experience a must).
  • Ability to write from a blank page, conduct interviews, and distill technical information into engaging content.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across teams and time zones.
  • Extensive experience at a senior level in internal communications, preferably in a global organization.
  • Strong editorial skills with keen attention to detail, tone, and voice.
  • A strategic thinker with a strong creative eye and exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages for diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree or post-graduate qualification in communications, marketing, or related field, desirable but not essential.
  • Confidence in working with senior leaders and translating their vision into impactful messaging.
