  • Anticipate and manage change impacts, keeping people engaged and informed.
  • Create clear communication and training that make it easy for associates and managers to adopt new tools and ways of working.
  • Track adoption and feedback, and adjust plans as needed to drive success.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to align on changes and ensure smooth rollouts.
  • Support acquisition integrations by coordinating HRIS data, processes, and workflows.
  • Lead change activities for HRIS projects including acquisitions, system enhancements, and process improvements.
  • Be the go-to resource for HRIS users during transitions like acquisitions and system launches/upgrades.

  • Experience with mergers & acquisitions or HR system integrations is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes (HR technology; Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar is an asset).
  • Organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communicator who can translate technical changes into clear business impacts.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, HRIS, or change management, ideally with system implementation or integration.
