Tasks
-Help monitor and direct construction activities in conjunction with the onsite Foreman and General Superintendent to ensure project is being built on schedule, and within budget. -Aid Senior Project Manager/ Project Executive with managing financial aspects of contracts (develop schedule of values, progress billing, rental equipment, income/expenses) to protect the company’s interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with the client. -Assists with administrative duties in collaboration with Human Resources to recruit, select, hire and retain a qualified and skilled field workforce -Actively learn to prepare cost estimates on the project for Senior Project Manager / Project Executive’s approval -Preparation of RFI (Request For Information) -Detailed review and analyzation of construction plans, specifications and estimate -Collaborate with the VDC/BIM team to evaluate Construction Documents and observe the lay out the electrical design of buildings in the most efficient, code-compliant fashion possible. Help Senior Project Manager / Project Executive review 3D coordination models with the VDC/BIM Team prior to sign off and review shop drawings before dispersed to the field for installation. -Responsible for reinforcing safety standards to build our continued culture of safety for all Adams employees. -Assist Senior Project Manager/Project Executive with the management and organization of the assigned project(s). Daily activities include but not limited to the following: -Promote a positive company culture by fostering friendly and constructive employee relations especially with the Field employees -Maintain current knowledge on industry best practices, process and standards and make suggestions to leadership to increase project efficiency -Maintain project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policies -Assist Safety Director, QA/QC and Project Managers with the development and implementation of site-specific quality control and safety programs. -Maintain current information distributed to field staff such as Drawing updates, RFI implementation, and safety documents -Review and help with submittals, shop drawings, O&M’s, As-built drawings and Test Reports -Seek, track, and report any potential risks to the Senior Project Manager/Project Executive. Support leadership mitigate risks to the project and implement corrective measures within company guidelines

What You Bring
-Work independently as well as in a team environment with a positive “can do” attitude -Possess leadership skills - ability to effectively and professionally communicate & motivate all levels of field employees -Associate Degree and/or 2+ years of relevant work experience within the Construction Industry may be considered in lieu of a degree. -Ability to navigate and analyze BIM is also considered a plus. -Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast-paced work environment with very tight timelines -Highly organized, detail oriented and efficient with strong written and verbal communication skills -Prior internships in estimating or construction engineering/construction management industry is considered a plus. -Quickly attain a thorough understanding of Company policies and procedures and their impact on the project activities. Must be able to help implement and ensure adherence to policies on jobsites. -Proficient in Microsoft Software (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, Power Point), -Ability to review drawings for change order pricing and material procurement -Experience in the electrical field a plus -Experience with Bluebeam, Revit, Spectrum, Navisworks, estimating and scheduling software is considered a plus.
