Tasks

-Visualize three-dimensional objects from drawings, sketches, or blueprints. -Interpret specifications, blueprints, submittals, and job orders as needed for area of work. -The Plumbing Foreman will supervise and coordinate activities of a work crew engaged in the installation of plumbing products and equipment. -Interpret company policies to workers and enforce safety. -Supervise and coordinate activities of assigned tradesman. -Study schedules and estimate man-hour requirements for completion of Analyze and resolve work problems and maintain time. Miscellaneous Reports, two week planners, labor tracking weekly report, safety reporting, tool box talks and weekly job site. -Order material, equipment and tools as needed to maintain efficient use of labor. -Direct installation of assemblies at job. -Rate information using measurable standards. -Establish and adjust work sequences to meet construction schedule, using knowledge of capacities of equipment and assigned.

What You Bring

-Completion of apprenticeship program and appropriate journeyman. -Basic Microsoft Office knowledge. -This position requires the ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis. The employee must be able to perform tasks involving physical labor, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying materials, tools, or equipment. Manual material handling must be performed in accordance with OSHA safety standards and company policies to minimize risk of injury. -Med Gas current Certification a plus. -Minimum of five (5) years of commercial plumbing experience. -Understand shop math, work skillfully with tools, metals, and machines. -Good communication and organizational skills. -Ability to work with Planning Calendars.
