Tasks

-Take care of mail, FedEx packages, and municipal pickups/deliveries -Compile field inspection reports and liaise with local municipalities -Input project data into permitting systems -Help maintain fleet records -Format and send notices, review letters, and certificates -Support permit and plan review processes from start to finish -Prepare and track invoices, checks, and accounting records -Keep operations running smoothly with data entry, scheduling, and documentation tasks

What You Bring

-Excellent communication and proofreading abilities -Valid driver’s license for local errands and deliveries -Knowledge of office equipment and multitasking finesse -High school diploma and prior administrative experience -Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); Adobe Acrobat/Bluebeam/MS Publisher a plus
