Tasks
-Support business development activities through proposal input and project presentations, as needed. -Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment. -Conduct code analysis, material research, and specification writing. -Contribute to project design through sketches, 3D modeling, and development of creative, practical solutions. -Participate in and lead various phases of architectural projects, including design development, construction documentation, and construction administration. -Interface with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure successful project delivery. -Manage project scope, budget, and schedule under the guidance of senior architects or project managers.

Our firm provides unique growth opportunities for motivated individuals with talent and drive. -Accredited Professional Degree in Architecture required (Bachelor or Master of Architecture) -Active architectural license -11-15 years of relevant experience required -Proficient in AutoCAD™ and Revit™ -Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment with in-house disciplines and external consultants. -US Citizenship required -Proficient with Microsoft Project, Excel and Word -Candidates should be self-motivated, detail-oriented and thorough in their desire to provide exceptional client service. -Substantial experience in construction documentation and building detailing required -Experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketchup, and other graphics programs desirable -Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential. -Some limited project related travel possible; within 400 miles -Candidate must possess both excellent design and technical skills; and be motivated to apply those skills to the development of superior architecture. -Experience in creating interesting and engaging graphics for building design presentations is vital.
