Tasks

-Schedule installation workflows to maximise daily revenue and efficiency -Communicate installation schedules clearly to installers and customers -Coordinate with the factory to ensure Just-In-Time (JIT) deliveries -Provide accurate 3-day forward install plans and track delivery performance -Manage schedule adjustments proactively with installers and supervisors -Work closely with Installation Supervisors and Managers, locally and interstate

What You Bring

-Strong problem-solving, prioritisation and process improvement capability -Confident communication skills with the ability to influence and coordinate across teams -ERP experience (NetSuite advantageous) and solid Excel skills -Experience in scheduling/planning within construction, trades, logistics or manufacturing
