Tasks
-Maintaining records of service requests and work completed during warranty period. -Managing and maintain Flowfinity (CRM and Field Scheduling Software) -Administer 30-day, 6-months and 13-months reviews. -Coordinate & organize special events related to Warranty/Service department i.e. customer Meet & Greets -Scheduling service appointment for trade or supplier as per Customer Service Care & Warranty Specialists description of scope of work -Responsible for updates to Homeowner Guide and Customer Service Handbook -Reporting on warranty and service forecast and job completion for monthly team meetings -Create all warranty related PO’s and back charges. -Schedule all appointments with homeowners via phone or e-mail while upholding Logel Homes customer service guidelines. -Responsible for continuously expanding and updating professional knowledge and honing training skills in order to enhance individual and team innovation and productivity. -Scheduling Customer care & warranty specialists for reviews of homes. -Document management – Scanning, photocopying, saving, and distributing electronic documents.

-Ability to work in a team or independently. -Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment and adjust to various personality types. -Ability to build cross departmental relationships inside and outside the organization. -Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills -Previous experience in working in the customer service field. -Ability to problem solve through problems and issues. -Ability to communicate technical information. -Strong communication skills -Excellent attention to detail skills -Previous experience/knowledge in the multi-family construction or real estate industry is an asset. -Ability to work within timelines. -Ability to effectively negotiate with clients, contractors, and vendors. -Post-secondary education in related area of study. -Strong customer service experience -Strong organizational skills -1-3 years of experience in administrative role
